Weekend Teaser

Prime time is here. The prime ski mountaineering season has landed and big lines have been going down daily. Within the past few days several of Colorado’s prized gems have seen ski tracks down them. Capitol, Pyramid, Bells, Holy Cross, Thunder Pyramid, etc. are among the victims. For the past few seasons the third week in April has seemed to have been the unofficial opening of big mountain season here in Colorado. With the amazingly deep snowpack we were fortunate to have this year this spring promises to be one for the books.

This past weekend we set out for Aspen with a few goals in mind. We went 1-for-2 and managed to bag a smaller, yet aesthetic line as a consolation. Here are a few teaser pics to get started:
