Pillows and good times.
This was the 1st day out in a while. Our good buddy Jack had passed away 4 days earlier and we were all super bummed out. Joe and i decided to head out and get our mind off of things. The sunny morning was a great surprise.

The snow was surprisingly deep!!

Pillows everywhere.

Jack Hannan R.I.P
Here is the last day we went out playing in the mountains. Jack and his awesome wife Laura all smiles about to drop into the Billy Goat spines.
Jack Slaying the Goat Spine rib.

Jack and i trying to patch a hole in the pipe of his snowmobile with a Red Bull Can.
It only lasted about 10 feet. Luckily Jack and John both had the same snowmobile so they were able to leap frog there pipes back and forth to the truck.

Hanging out with Jack and John in the mountains always challenged me. Skiers tend to like different stuff than snowboarders. Steep and icy exposed lines were sometimes the norm and i always tried to not say no. Here we were on top of Mt Kayley on a icy line with some exposure. I think this was the most scared i had been all season.

Jack late night fabbing up a part to get his snowmobile ready for the next day.
Check out the new 2011 snowmobiles from all of the manufactures.
Each of the Big Four—Arctic Cat, Polaris, Ski-Doo and Yamaha—have special deals brewing this spring for those riders who want to pony up early to reserve any number of unique machines being offered during the spring promotions.
You can even see these snowmobiles in person at any of the sneak peaks that are still left this spring. The show times are from 4-9 p.m. at each location. Also, there is no admission charge.

New 800 Ski Doo 800R E-Tec Dyno results
It looks like up to 164 ponies for the new Ski Doo.

Billy "the Hill" Howard put his new E-TEC 800R on the dynamometer of Dynotech Research, an independent testing shop you see working with some snowmobile manufacturers and magazines, after it had completed the break-in period. Here are the results:

Yes you read it correctly; Billy reported a peak of 163.9 horsepower! And in addition, only the E-TEC engine provides you with no smoke or smell, a feather light throttle pull, class-leading fuel economy and incredible oil economy. Check out Bills site for your self.
